How Syync works
Five steps from a scattered board to a single place where the work — and the first draft of it — already exists.
1. Sync your Asana queue
Hit Sync in the workspace and your Asana tasks land in Syync with their project tag, focus level and time estimate. Anything Asana never sees — a quick fix, a reply, a follow-up — you add straight into Syync with the composer. Both live in the same board, so nothing hides in a second tool.
2. Work in focus modes
Tasks are grouped into Code & Dev, Content & Docs and Quick Hits so you pick a headspace instead of a to-do list. Search and filter narrow the board to the handful of things that match the energy you actually have right now.
3. Let the copilot do the first draft
Open any task and the copilot drawer gives you four tabs: Draft generates an outline plus a starter code snippet, Sync writes a status comment you can push back to the Asana thread, Ask AI is a rubber-duck chat scoped to that task, and Activity logs every AI action, status move and source note with timestamps.
4. Turn notes into action
Write meeting or research notes in the notebook. One tap summarises them and extracts suggested action items — accept them individually or all at once and they become real tasks, linked back to the note they came from.
5. Share what matters
Flip a note to public and Syync mints a read-only /n/… link you can drop in Slack or an email. Teammates read the summary and actions without an account, and you can switch sharing off again at any time.
